The personal information we collect allows us to provide services to our customers and users of our services. The primary function of the information we ask for is to meet the requirements set out by the Animal Welfare Act 2006. It also helps us to better understand our members and service users.

We take steps to collect only what is necessary and we do this for different purposes, but all with one goal in mind: to provide service users with a professional service. Here is a list of the type of personal information we currently use:
• Identity Information you give to us – this will include your full name and title, (if relevant), postal address, phone numbers and email address (if relevant).
• Emergency Contact Details This includes an emergency contact person in case we cant get hold of you and there is an issue with your dog, their phone number and address
• Transaction History of your interactions with us. This will include any purchases details, the services you request, health history and welfare notes
• Technical Information we can confirm what browser you are using, the internet protocol (IP) address and computer operating systems that are being used, your login data and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.
• Marketing and Communications Preferences for receiving information from us about our services, membership updates, volunteering and fundraising activities (including ways to donate) and how you would like us to communicate with you.
If you don’t want to share your personal information with us, you don’t have to. We will only keep any personal information we are required to keep in accordance with legal requirements.
